 Kalamata

The second most important type of Greek olives sharing about 25% of the total table olive production in Greece. Their name derives from the town of Kalamata and the region around it, where it was originally grown.

Kalamata olives are long-shaped with firm and consistent texture, rich flavor and violet-black color.

They are preserved by natural fermentation and packed in brine (red wine vinegar & virgin olive oil).
